International Soccer Tournament

In partnership with the U.S. Navy’s Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Sail250® Virginia will welcome 32+ teams from the international tall ships, foreign naval vessels participating in FleetEx 250, NATO Joint Forces Command, and Hampton Roads based U.S. ships and commands as they compete in the Sail250® Virginia International Soccer Tournament at Cutter Park (100 Elementary Dr. Norfolk, VA 23551) on Saturday and Sunday, June 20 & 21, 2026.

This two-day soccer tournament will feature teams from five continents and more than 15 countries. Games will begin at 8AM on Saturday, June 20, 2026, with a full day of group play as teams in each bracket compete to advance into the elimination rounds. Group play will continue Sunday morning, before the best teams from each bracket advance to the single elimination rounds. The final will be held late Sunday afternoon. The full schedule of games and teams will be announced in early June.

The tournament is free and open to the public. U.S. Navy Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) staff will have food and drink for sale on site and spectators are encouraged to bring a folding chair and enjoy a day of incredible soccer!
