Media Credentials Application

Please read before submitting:

Complimentary press credentials and photography passes for Norfolk Festevents produced events are very limited. NOT ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE APPROVED. Each individual from your organization must fill out their own application. Submitting an application does not guarantee your organization will be approved for media credentials. Typically no more than one photographer per outlet will be approved. If your application is approved, you will be notified separately for each date on a show by show basis. You may not be approved for all requested dates. Failure to post content to your specified media outlet in a timely manner may result in future requests being denied. Freelance writers or photographers will typically not be accepted if not on specific assignment with a verifiable media outlet.

Due to the large number of pass requests we receive and limited space in the photo pits, photo passes are very limited and DO NOT INCLUDE access to backstage or on stage areas. If your outlet is approved for a media credential, that does not mean you will be approved for photography as well.
